Design
We offer a variety of print design services including: Logos, Branding, Brochures, Flyers, Catalogs, Newsletters, Business Cards, Postcards, Magazines, Menus, Manuals, Guides, and Invitations: Wedding & Graduation.
We also offer web services including: Website Development and Design, Domain Registration, Responsive Design, and Website Maintenance.
Pricing depends on many factors such as scope of work and project needs. All design jobs are charged by the hour. After we discuss your project at your consultation, I will put a quote together based on my hourly pricing. If you have a pre-existing file that needs very minor updates, we will charge the minimum amount of $25.
Yes, there is a fee for rush designing and that is calculated depending on the scope of the project. This does not include any fees associated with rush printing and rush shipping.
A 50% retainer fee is due before the project starts. Your final payment is due on your approval of the project.
That depends on the scope of the project. We will discuss the scope of the project and the timeline in our initial chat!
Depending on the type of project, you will be sent the design files specified in the contract via a file transfer website, email, or USB. If your project needs to be printed, you will also receive the printed copies. We will also keep a copy of your project on file in case you want to make updates later, or if you loose your files.
That depends on the scope of the project. Projects with eCommerce functionality will take longer than projects without. We will discuss the scope of the project and the timeline in our initial chat!
We do not provide web hosting services, but we can get you set up with one of our recommended hosts that meets the technical needs for your website. You will pay them directly for all hosting services.
We build all our websites on a platform called WordPress.
We don’t provide copywriting services directly, but if your project calls for copywriting let us know. We would be happy to recommend you. We do offer photography services directly.
Photography
I take a lot of photos at your session, but that doesn’t mean all of them are perfect. I will go through and pick out the very BEST images from your shoot. I will then go through and color correct them and touch up any blemishes. I do not give out any RAW or unedited images.
Within 48 hours of your session you will receive a sneak peak of your session on Facebook. Within 1-2 weeks your digital gallery will be sent to you via email and you will be able to download your images and order prints!
I’ll keep an eye on the weather for your session date and contact you (the day of or the day before your session) if I feel we need to reschedule for another date.
Cash, check made out to Jessica Hansen, and credit cards. If you choose to pay with credit card, you can pay your deposit or make a payment instantly online. Just let me know when you are ready, and I’ll send you an invoice to your email.
A 50% deposit is required to book your session and the remainder is due on the day of the session. Payment for print orders is due at the time of your order.
I understand that things happen and will reschedule for the following reasons—illness, weather, travel issues, or emergency situations with no additional charge or consequences. If you need to reschedule for any personal reasons, you may do so up to 2 times. In case of cancellation, session deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future session if 24 hour notice is given.
I offer canvas gallery wraps, albums, prints, and more! All prints are finished on gorgeous metallic paper! These prints can be ordered through your gallery.
I also offer custom designed Christmas and graduation cards. All card designs are designed by me and are completely unique and custom. They are designed ahead of time and can be used with pictures of your choosing. Each card I design is one time use only, which means you will be the only one with that card design.
Family Sessions
When it comes to getting your session booked, earlier i usually better! I typically schedule family sessions in the evenings before sunset, for the best and most flattering lighting. My weekends fill up the fastest, as does the fall season, but you can jump to the front of the line by booking a mid-week session!
Of course! I love photographing furry members of the family, just make sure to bring plenty of treats. You may also want to bring another person to hold them if you would like photos without them.
Senior Sessions
The summer or fall before your senior year are the optimum time to book your session. This way you have plenty of time to submit your yearbook photo, order prints, and order graduation invitations.
Of course! If you need me to send it to your school, please let me know. You may need to provided appropriate sizing and contact information if I have not submitted a photo to your school before.

Cake Smash Sessions
Make sure your baby tries cake before your session. If your baby doesn’t like cake, there are always other “smash” options like donut or taco smashes!
Of course! If you need me to send it to your school, please let me know. You may need to provided appropriate sizing and contact information if I have not submitted a photo to your school before.
Usually I provide an outfit for the baby to wear during their session. However, if you have a photo quality outfit that you would like to use, that you don’t mind getting messy, feel free to bring it!
Yes! I like to work with local businesses to create customized cakes that match your set perfectly. As long as your baby doesn’t have allergies, I can provide the cake. You can also choose to bring your own cake.
Weddings
Yes, I offer and custom wedding invitations, save the dates, and thank you cards. All card designs are designed by me and are completely unique and custom. We will work together to design your custom wedding invitations that fit your theme and personality.
