The Design Process

1. Consultation

Follow the link below to fill out the contact form. From there we will set up a time to chat in person, over the phone, or via Skype. We will discuss your project needs and get to know each other a bit more to make sure we are a good fit. 

2. Proposal + Contract

I will put together a proposal based on information from our consultation. This will include scope of work, cost, timeline, and deliverables. A 50% retainer is also needed to get the project going. You will receive an invoice via email.

3. Design

I will create a few design concepts for you to choose from. Once you have chosen and given your feedback, I will make the changes and provide you with the updated design. Changes can be made until you are happy with the finished product.

4. Printing

We will work together to make sure you get all the printed products you need. I can recommend printing companies, get quotes, and send them your print ready files.

5. Final Payment

Your final payment is due on your approval of the project. You will receive an invoice via email. Once that invoice is paid, you will receive your final files.

You will be sent the files specified in the contract via a file transfer website, email, or USB.

How will I receive my design project once it is finished?

Depending on the type of project, you will be sent the design files specified in the contract via a file transfer website, email, or USB. If your project needs to be printed, you will also receive the printed copies. We will also keep a copy of your project on file in case you want to make updates later, or if you loose your files.

What do you charge for your design services?

Pricing depends on many factors such as scope of work and project needs. All design jobs are charged by the hour. After we discuss your project at your consultation, I will put a quote together based on my hourly pricing. If you have a pre-existing file that needs very minor updates, we will charge the minimum amount of $25.

What services do you provide?

Is there a fee for rush designing?

Yes there is a fee for rush designing and that is calculated depending on the scope of the project. This does not include any fees associated with rush printing and rush shipping.

How long will it take to get my designs?

That depends on the scope of the project. We will discuss the scope of the project and the timeline in our initial chat!
